I hail from a very small town in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where snow fall is as tall as the rooftops and the population of deer is greater then the amount of people around. Growing up in such a tight knit community was wonderful and everyone felt like family.

From the moment I walked in to Lakeview I got the very same feeling. Everyone was pleasant, warm and welcoming. A much different feeling from the corporate world I was used to working in for many years.

On the home front in my spare time I study off-grid and alternative sustainable living. I have a love of gardening, soap making, sewing, filmmaking, art and the two combined to create artistic films. I collect vintage clothes and furniture- I just love the designs from the 1950-1970’s.

I also enjoy working with animals and have a passion for helping those that are distress and in need of help. I have a full house of pets- 2 Dogs, 4 Cats, 1 Rabbit and 1 Ferret. I also feed the local homeless cats in the neighborhood and I have orchestrated my own catch- spay/ neuter release program.
